At NUSRL, we believe that legal education extends beyond the classroom. Through meaningful partnerships, we create opportunities for our community to engage with the real-world dimensions of law, justice, and governance. Our collaboration with Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) under their CSR initiative has led to Project Nyay Setu — a ground-level effort to strengthen access to justice through mediation, legal awareness, and community outreach across the Ranchi and Ramgarh districts of Jharkhand. Alongside this, we had the privilege of hosting a session with the Legal Head of Indian Express, offering our students rare insights into media law and corporate legal practice. These are just the beginning — we continue to build partnerships that bring meaningful, real-world legal engagement to our students and the communities we serve.
